  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time for processing.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping times within India typically range from 10-121 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the delivery location. The shipping cost is part of the product cost.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to accommodate international customers in the future.

Delivery Information

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service includes doorstep delivery of your furniture. Assembly services are not included.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Special Considerations

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to most locations within India. However, there may be certain remote or inaccessible areas where delivery services are limited. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and work to find a suitable solution.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Deliveries are made during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • We require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your order is received safely and securely.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • In the rare event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Assembly Services

  • For customers who prefer professional assistance, we offer assembly services at an additional cost. This service can be selected at checkout. Our experienced team will ensure that your furniture is assembled correctly and safely.
